Publishing Services

  • All publishing packages, timelines, and deliverables are discussed and finalized before work begins.

  • Once a project is approved and initiated, changes may incur additional charges.

  • The author is responsible for providing original content. Brown Books Publication is not responsible for plagiarism or copyright violations in submitted manuscripts.

Copyright & Ownership

  • The author retains full rights to the written content unless otherwise agreed.

  • All designs, covers, formatting, and creatives created by Brown Books Publication remain copyrighted until full payment is received.

  • Cover designs created by us cannot be reused on other platforms if the project is cancelled.

ISBN & Platform Listing

  • ISBN, Amazon listing, and other platform registrations are provided as part of selected packages.

  • If a project is cancelled mid-way, all official registrations may be withdrawn.

Payments

  • Payments must be made as per agreed milestones.

  • Services will begin only after payment confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

Brown Books Publication shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, technical issues, or force majeure events.

Author Copies & Printing Policy

Under our One-Time Package, authors are eligible for one (1) free author copy subject to the following conditions:

  • If the book size is A5 and the total page count is 200 pages or less, one free author copy will be provided.

  • If the A5 book exceeds 200 pages, additional printing charges will apply at a rate of ₹0.60 per page, which must be paid by the author.

For books of larger sizes:

  • If the book size is B5 or A4, one free author copy will be provided for books up to 100 pages.

  • If the page count exceeds 100 pages, additional printing charges will apply at a rate of ₹1.2 per page, payable by the author.

Under the Essential Package, the same printing conditions apply; however, the author will receive two (2) free author copies instead of one.

Printing costs beyond the free page limits are calculated strictly based on the final approved manuscript and must be cleared before dispatch of author copies.
