Brown Books Publication has a transparent and fair refund policy, divided into Publishing Services and Book Purchases.
Publishing Services Refund
If the publishing work is not completed and the author decides to discontinue the project, a 100% refund of the paid amount will be provided.
In such cases, any work already done (including ISBN application, Amazon listing, or other official registrations) will be formally and officially removed.
Any book cover, design, formatting, or creative work provided during the process cannot be used on any other platform, as it remains copyrighted property of Brown Books Publication.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Book Purchase Refund / Replacement
No return or refund is applicable if the book is delivered correctly and in good condition.
If a wrong book is delivered, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp or Call within 48 hours of delivery.
Please do not discard the delivery packet. Keep it safe and take clear photos for investigation.
After verification, if it is confirmed that an incorrect book was delivered, the original ordered book will be sent free of cost.
